Confirmed Service Customer
As usual the service team did a great job. In this case they were installing a 2011 Tannaue cover. The cover was purchased through the parts department. Upon my first phone call into parts, I was told, by the big guy sitting in the back, they could not get what I was looking for. He told me to go to some shop in Marlboro. Guys, NOT a good look for Durand Chevy. However, I sort of knew this was nonsense. So I walked into the parts department the next day. Same guy sitting in the back, with a really bad attitude, I quote… “Didn’t we go through this yesterday?” Again, that’s horrible customer interaction. Durand needs to fix that. Terrible. Now, Daniel, sitting at the front counter, ignored all that. She does the work, matches my VIN # to the correct cover part # and viola’, my new cover is ordered. Thanks to Daniel! She treated your customer the way I should be treated. Especially since I’ve been a customer since 1994!!! The cover is installed, is in fact the original cover and looks and works great again! Thank you Daniel!
